The TSW Sport Evolution Analog is great for open wheel racing, specificly for F1 sims due to the paddle shifter. This controller includes GT Pedal Pads as well, available in 4 colors, green, blue, black, and red.

Because it has both buttons and paddles, you can't add any more buttons onto the wheel with this model, however if you need more button functions, you can add a 7-button cover.
