If you are ordering by credit card (preferred method), you can call during regular business hours to place your order. Our extremely knowledgeable staff will help you determine what options will work best for you or best fit your budget, if you are not already certain what you want to order.

We do not have online ordering on our website, so you will need to call to place your order by credit card. We actually prefer this because there are so many options and just about everyone has at least a few questions that we can help them with to make sure they're getting just the controller they are after.

Accepted Payment Methods:

-We accept telephone orders via credit card (all major cards accepted).

-Call (319) 462-3327 during business hours (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM M-F Central Time Zone)

-We can provide the necessary bank info for electronic wire transfer by request.

-We will accept money orders or cashier's checks.

-We will accept personal checks, but we will not ship the order until the check clears.

-All funds must be in US dollars.

-Money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank.

-NO CANADIAN POSTAL MONEY ORDERS will be accepted.

Shipping and Handling:

-Shipping and Handling for sim racing controllers (wheel and pedals) being shipped to the Continental U.S. is $35.00

-Shipping for a pedal controller or steering controller by itself is $30.00 (U.S)

-Shipping and Handling for a TSW Speedshifter is $30.00 (U.S)

-If you are ordering a controller from outside the 48 contiguous states, either call or email us with your address and we will give you your shipping cost.

IMPORT DUTIES and TAXES: For all countries outside the United States, including Canada, it is important that you be aware of charges in addition to the shipping and handling costs. All countries charge taxes on imported products, and overseas countries also charge for import duites. These charges will be billed to you by UPS after you receive your order from us, and we are not responsible for covering these charges. The amount of these charges varies from country to country, but you can estimate the costs to be approximately 20% of the value of the order.

-For USB Upgrade Kits, clutch kits and pedal pads, shipping and handling to the Continental U.S. is $10

-For small parts orders such as potentiometers, shipping and handling to the Continental U.S. is $5

-For Upgrades and Pots being shipped outside the Continental U.S. when not purchased with a controller, you should contact us for the correct shipping and handling costs.

Delivery method:

-Our standard method of delivery within the Continental U.S. is UPS Ground. Transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days.

-We can ship 2nd day or Next Day Air by request but you must contact us to find out the cost of shipping and handling and to make sure your order is in stock. Be sure to include your complete address in the email for us to provide a quote.

-Overseas orders go by way of UPS International Expedited, small packages go by way of standard U.S. Air Mail.
